Final Term 2007 - Wrecked after a long trip!

Picked the kids up at 5.10am, and we drove straight to Downlands - arriving at 8.00am.

It is a hard trip: to leave Nguiu at 4.30pm, sit around in Darwin, at the airport until 1.10am and suffer the 'red eye' to Brisbane. Then the long trip to Toowoomba. Without the stop off at McDonalds, would it have been possible?

Could only photographed the girls, the boys were too tired to stand still. School started today, but I expect it would be sleep until midday and school in the afternoon.

You have to admire these kids, they were desperately tired when they arrived at School; they are very brave!

This term the plan is to write emails back home to parents and families - sent to Maureen and Eusebia for distribution.
