John-Pierre had a couple of days back in Brisbane with us. He got into trouble and Fr John Mulrooney thought a couple of days away might help him focus better.

Fr John thinks John-Pierre is 'good stuff', and great for the Downlands Community, but thinks John-Pierre needs to control himself a bit better. Fr John said he would call John-Piere in for a chat every now and then.

There was agreement that the Tiwi kids need to help one another, "Hey quieten down", because some of the teachers are struggling, doing their level best and confused when a Tiwi kid is acting up. All have agreed to do what they are told, even when they don't want to do what you are told! They also agreed to try "Jesus Stirring" - make up jokes so other kids feel good not bad!

We were down at Tennis again today. Peter and Peta Davis make them feel welcome as usual, and gave them each a GBJT Tennis shirts! Peter and Peter are fantastic to the Tiwi kids and are also part of the OLR parish! We went on to mass at OLR and Vinnies put on the Pizzas! Not bad huh!! OLR parish is getting a mobile phone per Tiwi kid!
